Sangat of all ages has the opportunity to learn Gurmat Vidhiya such as Gurbani Santhiya (correct pronunciation of Gurmukhi and Gurbani), Gatka (Sikh martial arts), Sikh religious philosophy and history (through Parchar), and Kirtan (singing of Gurbani In classical meters). Time is made for these activities especially on Saturdays, although one may inquire about the possibility for other days of the week as well.  

Children under the age of 18 should be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times.
